Environmental Photographer of the Year - Photography Contest entries by 31 July 2018

Photography Contest : The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management(CIWEM) is hosting an international environmental photographer of the year Award and the deadline for submitting the entries is July 31st, 2018. The photography contest focuses mostly on the impact on the environment and it's immediate surroundings. The environment photographs should act as an eye opener, challenging, beautiful and people should start to take better care of their surroundings. According to CIWEM,"is the leading international Royal Chartered professional body dedicated to the water and environment sector. We represent and support a community of thousands of members and organisations in 89 countries. All our members are dedicated to improving water and environmental management as well as associated social and cultural issues, for the benefit of the public".

2017 Environment Photographer of the Year - Winner

Girl in rubbish award winning environment photography by quoc nguyen You can see a man and a little girl picking up garbage, but the little girl's hopeful eyes are looking up at the sky, as if waiting for a better tomorrow. This photograph has touched the lives of many people who viewed it.

Participants can submit upto 10 still photographs before 31st July 2018. Only digital images will be accepted and should not exceed 5MB size. The file format should be in JPEG. If your photos have been shortlisted, participants will be asked to provide RAW FILES for the images which were selected.
