Creative Poster Design Competition and Exhibition in Delhi India - entries by 1 May 20201
Kutahya Dumlupınar University, Turkey and Adnan Kahveci Foundation plans to address pressing environmental issues through their International poster design competition and exhibition themed ‘Zero Waste’. The contest aims to raise awareness and to remind us on our responsibilities towards the environment. The competition will throw light on the role of the ‘Zero Waste’ concept in leaving a green Earth for future generations.
Who can participate?
The competition is open to everyone worldwide except Turkey and first-degree relatives with professional jury members.
Last date for submission: 1 May 2020
Jury evaluation: 11-14 May 2020
Winners’ announcement: 22 May 2020
Exhibition of the competition: 5 June 2020
Each artist / designer can participate in the contest with three designs that have not been awarded, exhibited (including social media, youtube etc.) or participated in any contest.
If it is determined that the application design has been exhibited and / or participated in any contest, the candidacy / application of the related work will be canceled immediately.
The dimensions of the design should be 70X100 cm. Designs with inappropriate dimensions will be eliminated.
There is no restriction on color and technique to be used in poster design. However, the colors that can be obtained with four-color (CMYK) offset printing technology should never be exceeded.
Originals of designs, In CMYK mode, and fonts will be converted and saved without compressing at least 300 dpi resolution.
There should not be any logo, institution name or sign on the designs.
The poster designs only relevant to the theme will be evaluated.
The messages to be used on the designs participating in the contest must be conveyed in Turkish or English.
A verbal message (title, slogan, etc.) that supports visual design can be used in posters.
The logo or visuals of the sponsors should not be used in the poster design for commercial purposes. In addition,
The design should not contain political symbols and images that are contrary to human rights and contain sexuality.
The top three award winners shall participate in the award ceremony. The transportation, transfer, accommodation and food expenses will be at the discretion and responsibility of the Adnan Kahveci Foundation. The top 100 posters, achievement awards, honorable mentions and works deemed suitable for exhibition will be exhibited.
1st Prize - 10,000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (First Prize)
2nd Prize - 5.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Second prize)
3rd Prize - 3.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Third Prize)
4th Prize - 1.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Jury special prize)
5th Prize - 1.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Jury special prize)
6th Prize - 1.000 TL and Certificate of Achievement (Jury special prize)
7th Prize - Organizing Committee Award and Certificate of Achievement
8th Prize - Organizing Committee Award and Certificate of Achievement
9thPrize - Organizing Committee Award and Certificate of Achievement
10th Prize - Organizing Committee Award and Certificate of Achievement
The amount of the award will be deposited into the account of the award winners within 30 days following the award ceremony.
