International filter photo contest 2017-2018 open for entries september 30 2017

It is open to photos that have been taken with the aid of a filter with the aim of expanding creative possibilities. The contest happens as the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the company. As a part of celebration the contest is help twice this year, with one competition for spring/summer season and the other for the autumn/winter season. The contest is open to anyone who has photos taken in filters regardless of age,gender or nationality.

Theme : Photos that make effective use of filters

Filters may be from any manufacturer.
Filters such as protectors whose effects cannot be seen in the photograph are not permitted.
Photos that have been heavily edited using retouching software (color swap, etc.) cannot be accepted.

Deadline : September 30 2017

Prize :

One Grand prix winner will get 500,000 yen (or U.S. dollar equivalent to 500,000yen)
Four special jury prize worth 100,000 yen (or U.S. dollar equivalent to 100,000yen)
Thirty excellent works will be awarded Kenko Tokina Group products worth 10,000 yen

Winners for the spring/summer season will be announced on the International Filter Photo Contest website in early December 2017.
