Stephen Burns is a fine artist and the author of several books including his latest, "CS5 Trickery & FX"(www.chromeallusion.com ). He teaches digital manipulation workshops worldwide, and is the president of the 3,500-member San Diego Photoshop Users Group, the largest in the nation.
