Typography Contest - Typomania 2018 is Open for Entries till May 1st 2018

Typography contest : 2018 Typomania will be held at Moscow and currently all typography artists worldwide can submit their entries till May 1st 2018. There is no entry fees and the typography contest is open to designers, illustrators, animators with no age restrictions. The Typography award function will take place between 26th May - June 3rd 2018 at the Museum of Moscow. Designers can submit videos of their works which was created between 2016 and 2018 which primarily focuses on fonts face. The sponsors are yet to decide on the prizes to be awarded to the winners, so while they are still deciding, it's time to submit your entries.

The 2018 contest categories:

Videos where the font is playing the key role
East-West – Typomania 2018 theme
Interpret the 2018 theme as you wish: geography, politic, culture, personal experiences.
Presentation of a typeface
Video demonstrating the abilities and specificity of type.
Movie titles
Captions for movies, cartoons, TV series, TV programs.Commercial and student works.
Text visualization
Visualization of a song, a poem or of another text.
Typomania
Animation of the Typomania logo.

The image size must not be less than 720x480 pixels. File size must not exeed 300 MB. Allowed formats: wmv, avi, mov, mp4, flv.
