Nikon has updated snapbridge app with an easy to use interface and introduced new features which can register up to five devices and full manual control of select cameras. Nikon snapbridge is an app that can be installed on certain Android and Apple iOS smartphones, tablets and other smart devices. The app enables you to use the camera's bluetooth wireless technology to connect your D3400 to your smart device. The photos can be transferred to the device for viewing or easy uploading to your favorite social media site.
Significant changes has been made in snapbridge version 2.0 taking into account the feedbacks of users of its earlier version. The user interface (GUI) has lot of changes. Screen design and menu structure has been updated including the adoption of progress displays to provide visual confirmation of the status of an operation. The app menu is revised to direct access to help functions. Easier setup, navigation and usage of different cameras is also included in the new version. The compatible cameras include the Nikon D850, D500, D7500, and D5600—you'll now be able to control exposure modes (P/S/A/M), shutter speed, aperture, exposure comp, ISO, and white balance.
