The new app for professional image editing on Mac will be launched by Pixelmator on November 29 2017, as per the company's release. The image editing domain mainly dominated by Adobe Photoshop was taken into control by the launch of Pixelmator as an image editor for macOS which was launched in 2007. Since its launch the image editor saw a steady growth and now the company has announced the launch of its Pro version. Pixelmator has everything a operating system brings in - built-in versioning, split view, iCloud support, native tabs, touch bar support and trackpad force touch. Pixelmator Pro has a completely redesigned interface that aims to reduce the clutter. Pixelmator Pro 1.0, code named Whirlwind, includes a modern single-window interface, nondestructive, GPU-powered image editing tools, machine learning-enhanced editing features, and more.
The new version gives freedom to go back and modify or delete individual changes at any point in the editing workflow. The presets can be dragged and dropped while sharing which eases working and it also allows you to create endless combinations of multiple adjustments, effects, or styles. Integrated via the new, blazing fast Core ML framework, machine learning lets Pixelmator Pro detect and understand various features within images, bringing a number of groundbreaking advancements, such as jaw-droppingly accurate automatic layer naming, automatic horizon detection, stunningly realistic object removal, and intelligent quick selections.
Pixelmator Pro will be exclusively available in Mac App store at an special introductory price of $59 after the launch. Later the software will be set at a pricing of $99 and pixelmator Pro will be a one-time purchase app.
