A short story about two unlikely friends saying goodbye. A young man named Charles just lost his home. He spends one last day with his best friend, a sea turtle, before moving on.

This is the story of the unexpected meeting between a young peruvian boy living with his lama and a pilot from the airmail flying above the boy's house.

Hand drawn flowers by Paul Alexander Thornton. Measures 70cm x 70cm and was made over 3 weeks. All the work was made with ballpoint pens, watercolours and ink. The soundtrack is 'Blossoming in the dark' written and played by Paul Alexander Thornton. That's me at the end holding up the finished drawing.
