 Animation Film Festival OIAF welcomes you for it's 40th year celebration OIAF(Ottawa International Animation Festival) is one of the biggest animation festivals held in North America. OIAF was founded in the year 1976 to serve as a common floor for animation artists to showcase their creativity. In 1976, only 400 films sent their entries and winners were announced based on the best feature animated film.
