FINN International Biodiversity Drawing Contest - 30 June 2018

Drawing contest : The Festival Internacional Imagem Natureza (FINN) is conducting a drawing contest which is in sync with the biodiversity of the species. The drawing contest is currently accepting entries till June 30th 2018. The biodiversity competition is an initiative taken by the Municipality of Vila Real and Zona Livre. The main focus of the FINN 2018 art contest is,"to promote the subject of biological natural heritage, like the natural regions, the ecosystems, the habitats and the species of wild fauna and flora, through the selection and classification of works, drawings and illustrations related to this subject, according to the criteria defined in regulation. to promote the subject of biological natural heritage, like the natural regions, the ecosystems, the habitats and the species of wild fauna and flora, through the selection and classification of works, drawings and illustrations related to this subject, according to the criteria defined in regulation".

There are two categories to choose from:

Scientific Drawing
Drawing of Nature

Participants can submit a maximum of two drawings/illustrations relating to species.

The entry is free and it's an open contest to participants worldwide. If you love nature, wildlife and have an artistic streak, this contest is for you. Drawings and Illustrations of caged animals will not be accepted. So make sure you read the rules from the contest website.

Prizes

Scientific Drawing
First Place: $592 (500 Euro)
Second Place: $237 (200 Euro)
Third Place: $118 (100 Euro)

Nature Drawing:
First Place: $296 (250 Euro)
Second Place: $118(100 Euro)
Third Place: $59(50 Euro)
