Olympic games were started as a religious festival from 776 B.C till 393 A.D. In 1894, the games were revived by a frenchman Baron Pierre de Coubertin and that was the starting of Olympic Summer Games. USA has won the maximum number of medals during the summer games. The five rings of the olympic games represent the five regions Africa, Asia, America, Europe and Oceana and the colors blue, yellow, black, green and red appear atleast once in the national flags around the world. Countries Africa, Antarctica and South America have never hosted an Olympic game.
