Aerial photography always brings in an all new perspective of looking at nature and thus helps in creating new art works. The unknown beauty of the world is brought to light through aerial photography. The 2017 SkyPixel Photography Contest received more than 44,000 entries from people around 141 countries around the world. The SkyPixel aerial photography annual contest proves to be the best for photographers to showcase their works to world.

Across the categories of landscape, portrait and story the grand prize was won by Florian Ledoux of France for his photograph of polar bear jumping across ice floes in Nunavut, Canada. The photographer tries to preserve the beauty of artic wildlife for next generation and also emphasizes the need to conserve the environment for our future generation.
