The sharing and editing features of Rylo makes it stand apart from its competitors. After shooting a video from iPhone you can connect Rylo with the help of Micro-USB-to-lightning cable. The phone immediately recognizes the camera and opens the companion app which lets you view the shot without necessity of Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections. The Android version is expected to be launched in early 2018.
The video can be traditionally framed HD 16:9 format or can be kept in its original 360-degree format to edit and share. The entire scene can be caught in single shot where you can track a subject by tapping them regardless of where they are. After the shooting is over you can combine the shots from the individual lenses for a picture-in-picture look or form a time-lapse using the in-build app. The edited images and videos can be directly shared on social media through the app.
