Open Mind - Surreal Ceramic Sculptures by Johnson Tsang

Ceramic Sculptures: Johnson Tsang is a sculptor and artist from Hong Kong. He is well experienced with ceramic sculptures and tries to test the boundaries of ceramic clay through his sculptures. Most of his ceramic sculptures are contorted faces which look squeezed. Through his surreal ceramic sculptures he tries to awe his viewer's imagination. He uses two important elements in his surreal ceramic sculptures: Humans and Objects and the mixture of both is an interesting piece of art. From 1993 Johnson Tsang's ceramic sculptures have been collected by art lovers and has been exhibited in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Spain and Switzerland. He has many interesting series like Open Mind, Lucid Dreams and so on. The Lucid Dreams series is a bunch of contorted faces with literally changes the facial features. His ceramic sculptures have also been printed on T-shirts. Now that's really interesting. I might just go get myself these t-shirts.
